  1. I'll be praying for you. Yes, you can do this different way of life without starving. Just make good choices. Once you start, you'll feel so good about yourself that you'll keep going. I have faith in you, but you need to have the faith in yourself. Have a good 4th.

  2. I will keep praying for you too. Nina has a good point. We have faith in you but you have to have faith in yourself. What really helps me is shooting for progress not perfection. Hang in there lady! You can do this!

  3. I have already said a little prayer for you, dear! You don't have to starve to eat healthy! I've heard some people tell me that as they start to eat healthier (like getting their 5 fruits and veggies a day) they tell me they are getting MORE to eat and still losing weight and feeling better! YOU CAN DO IT!!! :)

((Hugs)) and encouragement to you! :)

  4. It breaks my heart to read the comments you make about how ashamed you are of yourself. . . I am sure beating yourself up doesn't help you with the struggles you have. I myself have lost 40 pounds, I have 110 pounds to go. I know how it feels to be "morbidly obese" I guess what I really wanted to say is Don't be so hard on yourself. Try to find joy in your small accomplishments. Be proud of yourself when you drink 8 glasses of water or get your five a day in. You are a beautiful child of God! You can do this! You can take the small steps towards a better healthier life!

  5. Losing weight is a very difficult thing to do. I have not been overweight (probably due to my celiac disease) however, I did notice that when going gluten free (leaving out white flour) I lost weight. Also took out white sugar from my diet and went on a mostly veggie and fruit diet, with meat just once a day. When you eat mostly veggies and fruits, you can eat as much as you want and keep hunger away, while still losing weight. Not sure what you've tried but, I hope and pray for you to stay the course and not become discouraged. Discouragment can bring on a hopelessness. You don't need that. Make a good pile of salad with lots of greens in it. Put in some nuts like walnuts or pinenuts and a little cheese to top it off. Have some slices of fruit to go with it. Do that a couple of times a day and have a little sauteed chicken in some olive oil for your first meal. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper on it all. You have a feast. I wish you all the best and will visit again.
