November 3rd 43 and Sunny temp-43

Hi Everyone~
I know that it has been awhile since I have shared anything lately, But not a whole lot is going on, Still Struggle Trying to make better choices. Everyone have a great Day!


  1. Maybe if you used this blog as a tool to write your daily food and water intake as well as any activity it might be motivating. Just a suggestion... My blog has really helped me stay accountable and on track.

  2. I read some of your posts and all the prayers and love and support you get from other bloggers.

    Many of us know how hard it is.

    My family has a history of severe diabetes, obesity and bad life style choices.

    With your uti - most definitely follow your Doctor's orders, but have you been trying to drink more water and as the above poster mentions writing down what you are getting in?

    Also, blueberry water (taking a small bit of frozen blueberries and putting in water and letting them soak for a few minutes = blueberry water) is a good drink to take and helps with uti's (with your Dr.'s approval).

    And the ole standby cranberry juice. I find though, that the bottled kind is too sweet for me so I enjoy my blueberry juice drink and water.

  3. G'day ~ I have uti's constantly & I found that the cranberry tablet has improved this issue for me immensely. Have you tried them?
